The challenge
A guest who has just arrived always asks the same things: when is breakfast, where do I park, what is there to do today in the rain, where do people eat well nearby. Simple questions — that arrive in the evening, at the weekend, when one person is covering the property.
A generic assistant is no help: it answers about Tuscany, not about your property. What is needed is something that knows that place — hours, services, house rules, surroundings — and answers in the staff's place.

The AI Concierge is our own solution, prepared property by property from that property's own information: rooms and spaces, hours and services, house rules, local recommendations. The assistant answers from that material only.
The guest writes and gets an answer straight away, at any hour. Recurring questions stop reaching the staff; what genuinely needs a person still goes to the property. We set it up for agriturismi, B&Bs and small hotels — it can be requested for yours too.
